I'm an L&D Trainer and Instructional Designer with a master's degree in Education and years of experience facilitating live virtual training, designing curriculum, and building systems that help people retain and apply what they're taught — not just sit through a session.
My work is grounded in adult learning theory. I design with the learner in mind first: what do they already know, what do they actually need, and what will make the material stick beyond the training room. That means clean structure, purposeful visuals, and activities that transfer to real work.
I also build. A background in full-stack development means I can create custom tools, interactive modules, and web-based learning experiences that go beyond what off-the-shelf platforms allow. Outside of work, I'm a dad, a Bills fan, and a long-suffering golfer.
